What to include: the app name, your site URL, what you expected, what happened, and the app version shown in the footer of the app’s page.
What we answer: questions about installing, filtering, exporting, scheduling, retention, the verification report and the consent prompt. The answer is usually a link to the relevant documentation page, because we write a page for every question that could become a ticket.
What we do not do: feature requests that appear on an app’s What is deliberately not built page, screen-sharing or onboarding calls, and anything that would require the app to write into your Jira.
